1. AI-Powered Applications

High-value setup + Recurring B2B PaaS

CapEx: Setup & Integration fee Clients pay a substantial upfront project fee for the initial audit, custom development, and integration of the AI system into their existing legacy workflow.
OpEx: Platform Subscription Once deployed, the system is licensed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). This covers AI compute costs, hosting, and access to dashboards. Billing is tiered by total compute volume.

2. IoT & Edge Systems

Hardware CapEx + PaaS + Maintenance

CapEx: Hardware Deployment Client pays outright for the physical and the physical installation/calibration at their industrial or shop-floor site (a markup will be applicable on hardware procurement).
OpEx I: Platform Access A monthly fee to access the dashboards where the telemetry data is ingested, processed, and visualized.
OpEx II: Annual Maintenance A flat annual fee (approx. 10-15% of the initial setup cost) covering physical sensor replacements, recalibration, and on-site technical troubleshooting.

Custom Pipeline Setup + PaaS Subscription

CapEx: Pipeline Architecture Setup Upfront project fee for building custom data pipelines, cleaning historical data, and setting up initial data lakes or predictive models.
OpEx: Managed Analytics PaaS Rather than just handing over a dashboard, we act as a strategic partner. The client pays us a monthly retainer to maintain the data pipelines, tweak predictive models as conditions change, and generate bespoke and dynamic data reports.
